This policy explains what personal data Default Studio collects when you visit default-studio.com or get in touch with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Details you give us, such as your name, email address, company, and project details, when you email us or book a call.
- Technical data, such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you visit, and how you arrived, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Payment details are handled by third-party payment processors. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and schedule calls.
- To run projects, communicate with you, and send invoices.
- To keep the site working and improve it.
- Occasionally, to share updates about our work. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the studio, for scheduling, payments, email, and hosting, process your data only as far as they need to provide their service. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Cookies and storage
The site itself doesn’t use tracking cookies. It remembers whether you’ve turned its sound on or off in your browser’s local storage. The booking calendar, provided by Cal.com, may set its own cookies when you use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by writing to contact@default-studio.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to how we use it, or to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the current version.
